Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Start a U.S. Return:

1. Click the profile icon / Log in link in the store's navigation or visit "Start a Return / Exchange" in the footer. Alternatively, you can find the link here.

2. Log in using your email. No password is required - instead you'll receive a 6-digit verification code via email. Please log in with the same email address that your order was placed with.

3. Select the order that you want to submit the return / exchange.

4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return or exchange.

5. Select a return reason:

 RETURNS ($4 return fee)

  • Select the matching return reason.
  • The return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 EXCHANGES (free)

  • Select "Other" as your return reason & enter in notes the product name and size / length / color you'd like in exchange.
  • If the exchange value exceeds your current item value, you will receive an invoice to settle the difference.
  • If your exchange value is less than your current item value, you will receive a refund of the difference.
  • Exchanges will be shipped out once your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected.

6. Click Request return.

You will receive an email including a return shipping label. Please use it to drop off your return at your nearest USPS location. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 2-4 business days for your refund to be processed.

 

Please Note:

  • For international returns (outside of USA), customers are required to cover the return shipping. Please reach out to us at support@cordeecases.com to start an international return.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (such as return-to-sender). The customer is fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address.
  • All returns / exchanges must be in new, unused condition, or won't be accepted.

We strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe your product arrived defective, you must take pictures and submit them via email to support@cordeecases.com, along with your order number and name.

 

Refunds

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to receive and inspect your return once delivered. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know about the status of your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
